Once accessed, the product is considered delivered.

Each Incline includes a fixed execution window.

The window:

• Begins when the Incline is started
• Exists to force a decision, not to create urgency
• Is not extendable
• Cannot be paused or deferred

Failure to act within the window constitutes non-completion.

Each Incline defines:

• A single eligible action
• Explicit completion standards
• Explicit failure conditions

Failure is:

• Recorded by the purchaser
• Not punished
• Not remediated by support
• Not negotiable

Failure does not imply defect, unfairness, or error.

It indicates non-execution.

If an Incline is failed:

• Restarting requires repurchase
• No partial credit applies
• No progress is carried forward
• No exceptions are granted

Repurchase is required because the system enforces cost to delay.

There are no refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Failure to act
• Discomfort with constraints
• Misalignment with expectations
• Partial execution
• Change of mind

Refunds would compromise enforcement integrity.
